CafeGuidePH is an online coffee shop directory designed to help users discover, explore, and share cafés across the Philippines. The Service may include, but is not limited to:

CafeGuidePH does not operate, own, or manage any cafés listed on the platform.

3. User Contributions

Users may submit information such as café recommendations, updates, or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you:

  • Confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • Represent that you have the right to submit the content
  • Grant CafeGuidePH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content in connection with the Service

CafeGuidePH reserves the right to review, edit, or remove User Content at its discretion.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Service

Details such as operating hours, pricing, amenities, or availability may change without notice. Users are encouraged to verify information directly with the café.
